Product Acceptance and Delivery Conditions:
- Our Chrome Plated Mix or Packing products are guaranteed for 6 years.
- Our service consultancy center is in our Düzce Factory.
- The decision to accept or reject the products becomes final after the review of our service.
- Our products delivered to our service by cargo or by hand are ready within 2 business days at the latest.
- Products that have been processed and received by hand are delivered in return for a "Fault Tracking Form".
- We are not responsible for products not received from our service within 90 days.
- Products without a product code must be delivered with a copy of the purchase invoice and warranty certificate.
- In cases where the products sent by cargo are damaged during transportation, a "Cargo Status Report" must be submitted to the cargo company.
